Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
Steps
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Heat a frying/crepe pan and add some frylight or coconut oil
- Pour mixture into the pan, cook for 2-4 minutes and flip. Cook for a further 2 minutes and serve.
